Payment
Purchases can be made using any of the following methods
On Line - secure on line service by credit or debit card .
By Phone - Transactions via credit or debit card can be processed over the phone by contacting the shop on 01493 330083, payments can only be made this way between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm, Monday- Saturday inclusive. Please leave a message if we cannot pick up the phone and we will phone you back as soon as we can.
By Post - We will accept a cheque but you need to allow another 7 days on top of estimated delivery time to allow cheque to clear . Please write your card number on the back of the cheque and don't forget to enclose details of the order and postal address. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
ORDERING
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods . We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
We will then check the availability of the goods .If we accept your order , we will confirm that a contract has been made between us .We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or we have made a pricing mistake , we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us .

Delivery is charged by order [not item] and sent recorded Delivery . Items in stock will dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order , Some items may have to be orderded if this is the case an estimated delivery date will be given and you will then be asked whether you wish to proceed with the order.
